Job Description

 • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and     user research.  
 • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
 • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and responsive UI for web and mobile       applications using Figma.  
• Conduct usability testing, competitor analysis, and user research to improve product experience.
 • Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.  
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product     lifecycle.  
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centric designs.  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT.  
• Ensure UI designs follow accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.  
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. 

Skills & Qualifications:

 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Business Analysis, or a hybrid UI/UX + BA role. 

 • Strong expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design. 

 • Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases).  

• Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, information architecture, and usability testing. 

 • Experience creating responsive designs for web and mobile applications. 

 • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence. 

 • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development concepts.  

• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
