Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and optimize scalable React.js/Next.js applications for a seamless user experience.
• Full-Stack Collaboration: Work closely with backend teams utilizing Node.js to ensure smooth API integrations and performance.
• Kubernetes & CI/CD Management: Implement and manage Kubernetes-based deployments and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable releases.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure high-performance, responsive, and accessible UIs, following best practices in web development.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce clean coding standards, maintainability, and adherence to modern development frameworks.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor frontend developers, ensuring team growth and skill enhancement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to align frontend development with business objectives.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices to protect user data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Technology Evaluation & Innovation: Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and continuously improve platform capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI-driven applications and EdTech platforms.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and progressive web apps (PWA).
• Exposure to Docker, Helm charts, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development, with React.js and Next.js expertise.
• Strong backend knowledge in Node.js, with experience in API integrations and full-stack collaboration.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend architectures.
• Solid understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, etc.) and component-based UI development.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with performance tuning, lazy loading, and accessibility compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
