Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization's financial operations, fundraising initiatives, and long-term financial growth.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in securing investments, identifying government funding opportunities, managing financial compliance, and developing sustainable financial strategies. The CFO will play a key leadership role in strengthening the company's financial position, building investor relationships, and supporting business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising through angel investors, VCs, and strategic investors.
- Identifying and securing government grants, startup funding, and subsidies.
- Managing statutory audits, taxation, and financial compliance.
- Financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and risk management.
- Exploring equity funding, venture debt, bank financing, and alternative funding opportunities.
- Managing investor relations, financial projections, and due diligence.
Qualifications:
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- Proven fundraising and financial leadership experience.
- Strong investor network and knowledge of government funding schemes.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, IT, or startup ecosystems preferred - create a poster with picture
